Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Fractured Crystal Technologies, Inc., which operates Terminalia and Multiverse. Terminalia provides access to Multiverse spaces, creations and connected-account features. Availability depends on the service, account permissions and provider configuration.

Accounts and content

Accounts are for users aged at least 13, or 16 in the EEA. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate eligibility information. Only upload or publish content you have the right to use, and choose its access settings carefully.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, exploitation, harassment, malware, credential theft, fraud or attempts to bypass access and safety controls. Content and account access may be restricted to protect users or enforce these rules.

Connections and payments

Connected providers apply their own terms and availability limits. A visible unavailable provider does not grant access to that provider. Any enabled paid feature must disclose its price and applicable conditions before payment; this preview does not establish a price or subscription by itself.

Your data and leaving

The Privacy Policy describes data handling. Use Your data for export and account deletion, including the stated retention exceptions.
