Who we are

Fractured Crystal Technologies, Inc. ("we") operates Terminalia, the browser interface to Multiverse, at www.multiverseos.net and its account service at api.multiverseos.net. This notice describes the account, content and connection data those services handle.

Information we hold

Account records can include an account identifier, email, display name, avatar, profile choices and self-declared date of birth. Features can store spaces, messages, uploaded assets, creations and their access settings. Connecting a provider can add its account identifier, permissions and credentials needed for the connection.

Operational records include sessions, consent choices, security and audit metadata. Enabled payment features also maintain transaction and reconciliation records. Secure Drop encrypts content before transfer; the Registry does not store its plaintext.

Use and sharing

We use this information to operate your account and chosen features, enforce access and age controls, prevent abuse, and handle export and erasure requests. Hosting, storage, authentication and other configured service providers process the information needed for their roles. A connection shares information with the provider you choose.

Optional product analytics requires an eligible account and consent. Its event transport checks consent and account status on the server. Signing in, linking a gaming account, connecting a publishing channel and installing an integration are separate choices.

Google user data

Signing in with Google requests only the openid, profile and email scopes. We receive your Google account identifier, your name and, when Google reports it as verified, your email address. We use them only to create your account, sign you in and show your display name. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google API.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. We do not transfer it except to the service providers that host the account service, as needed to operate it, or where the law requires. Deleting your account erases it from your account records and revokes the Google credential held for your sign-in.

Terminalia's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI citizens

In a space whose owner turns on addressee detection, the lines you type in the Say something box, your recent lines there with the citizens' replies to you, and the citizens' names are sent to TypeSafe AI (System One) to decide which citizen you addressed. No account identifier, display name, email or session is sent. The vendor keeps request content under its own policy and offers no deletion on request, so neither account deletion nor a request to us can remove it. The box asks you to confirm this before your first line in each browser session.

ChatGPT and Claude app connections

When the remote connector is available, a separate consent screen lets you grant read-only access to connection status and links to data controls. Its tools do not return messages, files, account identifiers, credentials or raw exports. We retain the chosen app, authorizing session, permission and expiry metadata; your export includes the grant metadata without credentials.

Grants expire within 30 days and stop working on revocation, sign-out of the authorizing session, AI opt-out or account erasure. You can revoke them on Your data. Erasure removes our grant records. Earlier conversations remain subject to the connected app's own privacy and deletion controls.

Access, deletion and retained records

Use Your data to download your signed-in account's export or request deletion. Accepted deletion closes account access while background erasure proceeds. A request can remain pending or blocked; the private receipt reports its status. Some providers also require you to revoke access in their own account settings.

Payment, security, audit and legally preserved records can be retained or anonymized instead of removed. An account deletion request does not promise removal of every retained record. The export and the deletion receipt list the retained record categories, including those a service provider keeps, and name that provider.
